Our team is made up of people who have collectively over 80 years experience in the bodyshop industry, to ensure you get relevant advice.

Most of us have worked our way up from the workshop floor to estimating and running individual or groups of bodyshops

We are conversant with requirements of insurance and accident management companies

We haven't found a magic formula to making bodyshops profitable, but know the areas where we could improve on profitability and efficiency

Process

Our approach to your project is clearly defined to ensure you make the most possible profit from your Bodyshop  

There are 5 key stages, after each stage the results are discussed and action plans agreed.

We then work with you on a day to day basis to ensure that the key strategies are implemented and any issues identified are corrected.
