How We Work
Bodyshop Support improve the way the
direct labour works (not the technical side - the
tradesmen have those skill sets, although training can
be provided, it's not at the core of the improvement).
We reduce the lost
time and inefficiencies in the indirect staff.
· Bodyshop Support improve
communication and problem solving.
· We teach the
Bodyshop to intercept and resolve problems BEFORE they
occur, so there’s no need to recover from them AFTER
they’ve happened.
The KEY POINT with this route is that WE
manage the change WITH the Bodyshop.
· We DON’T produce a
report and/or manual and say, "it's all in there - good
luck - bye!"
The software is MS Office -based.
It is independent of estimating systems (Audatex,
Autoquote, Glassmatix etc.) It does not matter what "Bodyshop
Management Software" if any is used (BMS,
Auto-management,
Bodymaster, Eclipse etc.)
