Bodyshop Supports PAS 125 Web Based Control System
Introduction
The system has been based on the experience and knowledge gained from over 100 successful accreditations to ISO 9000 in the Bodyshop industry using an Access database system of the now web based application. The full requirements of PAS 125 have been added and will updated as PAS 125 changes over the coming months to ensure the system constantly meets the PAS 125 requirements. Our team are all Bodyshop industry specialists and have real experience of running a Bodyshop and are in the process of being approved BSi accredited consultants.
The objective of the system is to supply a single source of entering all the details and processes required to successfully achieve accreditation to PAS125. The Application will make the administration production and control of the all the PAS125 requirements much simpler, with built in procedures, leaving the Bodyshop to concentrate on the important areas of repair quality and implementing the correct training and quality improvements.
Within the system will be links and downloadable sample documents and key information to answer the technical issues and requirements of the PAS125 assessment process.
The system will transmit reminders of the key dates recorded for reviews such as internal audits being due, calibration dates, training reviews etc.
The system provides controls and forms to address all parts on the PAS 125 standard and will ensure if they are all completed and you correctly complete repairs as written in your process procedures, you will meet the PAS 125 requirements.
With your approval your snag data can be analysed totally anonymously to create a series of measures and common problems, which you can use to measure you own performance and learn for problems other have experienced.

Your dedicated system is opened and all the samples, draft procedures are supplied for you to work through, we will supply e mail support and advice up to a reasonable level.
Prices Start from £650 plus £60 per month hosting fee
Self Development with on site support
As above but we will complete a pre assessment audit, we collate the initial information and develop the procedures from the information obtained, supplying a detailed action point list for you to complete, and we finish adding the details to the system
When ready we will complete a further site visit carry out a pre assessment which will include an internal audit and a review of any outstanding actions adding the final items required to meet a successful accreditation.
Prices Start from £250 plus £60 per month hosting fee

Full Implementation and Bodyshop improvement Plan
Under this route we take all the strain, complete the system and carry out a Bodyshop Support diagnostic looking at your profitability and processes.
We will complete an initial two day visit where the complete a full review of the PAS125 requirements are covered and a detailed report is generated of what we would expect your profitability to be and put detailed plans together. We then work with you on site to an agreed schedule to realise those objectives.
The days required to complete will be agreed following the initial diagnostic.
The two day initial assessment costs £800. But you then proceed to complete the full Implementation the start up of the PAS Control system will be done free of charge.
